We produce five-die one wire drawing machine for drawing various
flat copper wires, round wires, sector shape, heterogeneous wires
and trolley wires etc. it’s featured by that:
1.The main driving mechanism speed is controlled with frequency
change and combined with hard-tooth-face speed reducer; there is no
impact upon startup, the speed control range is wide.
2.The wire-out wheel adopts wire-dividing wheel, which can be
adjusted for the correct angle according to the flat wire size,
effectively promoting the surface quality of the final wire and the
forming quality. For this process, the former machine model of our
old customers can be renovated to improve the final wire quality.
